Appellate Practice

Our appellate capabilities borrow from the experience borne of the hundreds of appeals we have handled in the various state and federal courts in a variety of contexts.  Our success rate is substantially above average and we are able to resort to the appellate courts for emergency relief such as stays and restraining orders.  We handle the appellate and other aspects of the work referred to us, but we are also called in to act as appellate counsel in underlying matters litigated elsewhere.
